ROLE MISSION
The mission of the Warehouse Associate / Driver is to execute accurate, efficient, and disciplined beer movement between the brewery, warehouse, and customer destinations. This role ensures inventory integrity, order accuracy, safe transport, and warehouse organization - so the right beer reaches the right place, on time, every time.
CORE OUTCOMES
1. Order Fulfillment Accuracy- Outcome statement:
- Outbound and inbound shipments are picked, staged, and delivered accurately according to approved orders.
- What success looks like:
- Shipments consistently contain the correct SKU, package type, quantity, and destination
- Orders are staged, labeled, and cross-checked prior to shipment
- Fulfillment errors are rare, immediately reported, and not repeated
- Bills of Lading and shipping documents are complete and accurate
- Outcome statement:
- Physical inventory in the warehouse matches system records and movements are logged correctly and on time.
- What success looks like:
- Inventory counts (kegs, cases, materials) are completed accurately as scheduled
- All movements are logged in EKOS according to SOPs
- Inventory discrepancies are flagged promptly rather than corrected quietly
- FIFO practices are consistently followed
- Outcome statement:
- Beer transfers between Frisco and Denver are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
- What success looks like:
- Transfers are completed on schedule using approved routes and procedures
- Load accuracy is verified before departure and upon arrival
- Transfers are logged correctly in systems immediately following movement
- Issues related to weather, access, or delays are communicated early
- Outcome statement:
- Company vehicles are operated safely and professionally, protecting people, product, and brand reputation.
- What success looks like:
- Safe, compliant driving at all times, including mountain conditions
- Vehicle inspections completed as required
- Issues with vehicles are reported immediately
- Professional conduct when representing Outer Range at all locations
- Outcome statement:
- The warehouse is organized, clean, and ready to support daily operations.
- What success looks like:
- Storage locations are clearly organized and labeled
- Pallets are built safely and consistently
- Cold-storage standards are maintained
- The warehouse is left in ready condition at the end of each shift
- Outcome statement:
- Warehouse operations are predictable and well-coordinated through clear, timely communication.
- What success looks like:
- Inventory issues, shortages, or risks are communicated early
- Transfer schedules and shipment status are clearly shared
- Instructions are followed and clarifying questions are asked when needed
- Works constructively with Sales Ops, Warehouse Manager, and Sales teams
- You take responsibility for the accuracy of your work, flag mistakes early, and help prevent repeat errors.
- Problems are owned, surfaced early, and resolved at the root - never explained away.
- You care deeply about doing things the right way - especially when it comes to safety, accuracy, and beer quality.
- You support the broader operation by being reliable, communicative, and respectful of shared systems and timelines.
- You consistently check your work and understand that small errors can have large downstream consequences.

PHYSICAL EFFORT
- This is a physically strenuous role. Must be comfortable working long hours on foot and able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 160 lbs with help.

MOBILITY / FLEXIBILITY
- Your normal place of work will be 182 Lusher Ct. Frisco Colorado 80443, but as a term of your employment you may be required to work from any of the organization's establishments depending on where events take place. Outer Range Brewing Co. has company cars and transportation will always be available to the team for events when necessary.

- Outer Range Brewing Co. operates a smoke free policy which means that smoking is not allowed anywhere on company sites including buildings, car parks and entrances.
