We are seeking a Service Writer/Advisor to join our growing service department. This is a full time year round position with benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Promptly greeting customers who walk into the shop
- Listening to customers describe auto problems
- Entering all customer and vehicle information into our database.
- Tracking progress of each job and keeping the customer up to date and informed.
- Compiling work estimates and communicating them with the customer
- Maintain CSI at or above Company standards.
- Participate and complete required training per Corporate schedule.
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
- Answering customers' questions regarding the nature of repairs and their costs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self- motivated, goal oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
