Landscape Maintenance / Landscape Install Supervisor
Job Description:
We are a growing landscaping company seeking a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor and a Landscape Install Supervisor to lead our field crews. These roles are ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable and enthusiastic with the ability to lead people, projects and quality standards in the field.
The Supervisor will work alongside crews while overseeing daily operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead landscape maintenance / installation crews
-Perform and oversee services including mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, planting, sod, and landscape installs
-Read and execute landscape plans and work orders accurately
-Ensure job sites are clean, organized and completed to quality standards
-Train, motivate and manage crew members
-Communicate with Owner regarding job progress, materials and scheduling
-Load/Unload materials and operate trucks, trailers and landscaping equipment
-Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
-Identify issues on job sites and proactively solve problems
Requirements;
-Prior Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
-Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
-Ability to operate landscape equipment
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
-Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
-Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
-Professional attitude with coworkers and customers.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
