We are seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various construction projects by performing physically demanding tasks that require precision, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling areas for construction or landscaping projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
- Support the installation of outdoor features such as patios, walkways, driveways, and drainage systems
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met with quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor roles is preferred
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
