We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including Excavators, Dozer, Mini Excavator, and Skid Steer to perform earthmoving, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure safety and functionality; perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and construction site procedures to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and team members.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Work week- M-Thurs -40 Hours (1099)
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as a mini excavator, dozer, skid steer and other machinery in a construction environment.
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid Driver's License, experience driving a dozer, mini excavator, skid steer.
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
