Outdoor Sensations Landscape is hiring professional and experienced landscape maintenance, lawn care, and lawn mowing crew leaders for our growing company.

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS SEEKING PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT
Daily job duties and responsibilities for lawn maintenance / commercial lawn mowing technicians will include the following:
- We are recruiting qualified and experienced crew leaders and technicians for the 2026 season.
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM full-time work days, including paid over-time.
- Monday - Friday work week with competitive wages in a professional and friendly environment. PART-TIMEAVAILABLE.
- Landscaping, Mowing, and lawn care work for commercial and high end residential clients. Our clients job sites are clean and professional.
- NOW HIRING: a full-time qualified mowing crew leader and technicians to our team for the 2026 season.
- Daily operation of newer Exmark Vertex, Toro Grandstand and Ferris commercial mowing & lawn care equipment for mowing team members.
- Commercial mowing leader will be responsible for his/her own crew daily, leading team members on quality commercial and high end residential job sites.
- Commercial mowing leader will interact directly with the company president on a daily basis.
- Bonuses are based on production and performance. We are looking for an experienced mowing leader that has the ability to manage their own crew of team members, or work alone, in an efficient and productive manner, with top notch quality results.
- Daily operation of landscape maintenance and installation equipment for all landscaping services.
- Daily operation of Z-Spray lawn fertilization spreader & sprayer and related fertilization equipment for lawn care technicians.
- All mowing crew leaders / foreman will operate professional 12-16 foot Isuzu NPR box trucks with dovetail spring assisted ramps.
