Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
- Assist with hardscape projects including construction-related tasks to improve outdoor aesthetics and functionality.
- Maintain trees by pruning or trimming to promote growth and safety while providing proper tree care practices.
- Support general building maintenance by repairing fixtures, replacing parts, or troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment or infrastructure.
- Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects and ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including mowing, water line maitenance
- Knowledge of construction practices related to outdoor projects and facility upkeep.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Prior experience working with landscaping or maintenance teams is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
