What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Crew Member / Field Technician position at Outdoor projects?
We are a locally owned and operated landscaping company serving the greater Colorado Springs area. We specialize in residential landscape installation, hardscaping, and seasonal maintenance. We pride ourselves on a strong team culture, reliable pay, and quality workmanship.
We are looking for hardworking, dependable Landscaping Crew Members to join our team immediately. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in your work, and growing with a solid team, we’d love to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
Perform landscape installation, grounds maintenance, grading, and sod installation.
Operate power equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, excavators/skid steers if applicable).
Load and unload equipment, materials, and debris at job sites.
Work efficiently alongside crew members and follow site safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
1 years of landscaping or outdoor physical labor experience preferred (will train the right person).
Ability to lift 50 lbs routinely and perform outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to our shop/meeting location every morning.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a plus.
