Job Description
Outdoor Personia designs and builds personalized outdoor structures such as Garages, pool houses, pavilions, sheds, and more. We are looking for a qualified construction professional to help execute Site work and foundations of these projects. Daily tasks typically include installing crushed stone foundations for sheds, Sono tube dig and pours, site work and back fills for garage foundations, and forming and pouring Monolithical slab foundations. Responsibilities would also include delivering and installing oversized and modular structures and hauling equipment.
You must have prior success. . .
- in high end residential construction including landscaping, site work and grading, and working with concrete
- finding fulfillment in making clients happy because of a job well done
You must:
- Be accountable to meet schedules and timelines
- Represent the Outdoor Personia premium brand which includes outstanding customer service and is built on Quality of workmanship
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 Years experience in construction
- Quickly understand a customized project and understand blueprints, plans, plot plans, and conservation
- Able to Manage Projects efficiently and effectively
- Highly Organized, Dedicated, Take Responsibility, Morally Sensitive, Positive attitude
- High Degree of Energy
- Looks Ahead & Plans Activities
- Team Focused and encouraging
- Decision Making Skills
- Enjoy mentoring and training the inexperienced
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Enjoy a diversity of different aspects of residential construction
- Have experience operating equipment as well as trucks with trailer.
- Not smoke, not be a habitual drinker, and must pass a drug test presently and randomly
- Find fulfillment in making clients happy because of a job well done
- Class A and Hoisting license
