Job Description

Outdoor Personia designs and builds custom outdoor structures such as garages, pool houses, pavilions, and more. We are looking for qualified sales professionals to help sell and design these projects. Daily tasks include cold calling, meeting with clients at design center and in their homes, networking with trade professionals, understanding clients needs and dreams and preparing and presenting recommendations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage the creation and execution of our company's visual marketing content. This multi-faceted role requires a creative eye, technical skills in graphic design and video production, and strong organizational abilities to support the overall marketing strategy and enhance brand presence across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

· Content Creation:

o Design and produce a wide range of digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, graphics, email templates, signage, brochures, and presentations.

o Plan, shoot, and edit video content such as product demos, customer testimonials, and internal communications.

o Capture photographic content for various marketing needs, including events, team activities, and product visuals.

· Project and Campaign Management:

o Assist in updating and maintaining website content using Wordpress, Elementor, etc.

o Coordinate the end-to-end production of marketing materials, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

o Collaborate with the marketing manager and sales team to translate campaign objectives into creative briefs and align designs with business goals.

o Manage and maintain the company's digital asset library and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

· Digital Media & Analytics Support:

o Schedule and post content on various social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

o Monitor and track the performance of visual content and campaigns, using analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform future strategies and optimize results.

· Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, venues, or printers.

· Travel: 25% in proximity to our thee New England Design Centers

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is typically required.

· Experience: 2 years of experience in a marketing or creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video production work.

· Technical Proficiency:

o Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

o Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media management platforms).

o Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

o Solid camera, lighting, and audio skills.

· Very detail-oriented and able to identify quality issues in audio and video

· Proficient interview skills and getting the most out of on-camera talent

· AI Literacy: An understanding of AI principles as they apply to video production, including machine learning concepts and their applications in content creation.

Soft Skills:

· Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency.

· Creativity, proactive problem-solving abilities, and openness to feedback.
