Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service landscape lighting systems
- Diagnose and repair issues with lighting systems, timers, and transformers
- Safely drive company vehicles to customer locations
- Interact with clients to provide system explanations and answer questions
- Complete required job documentation and production forms
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in proper working condition
- Educate clients about additional lighting products and services
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers
- Reliable transportation to commute to the Lewisville, TX office
- Ability to speak and communicate fluently in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with landscape lighting or electrical systems
- Design or sales experience in landscaping or outdoor services
- CRM experience (ServiceMinder or similar)
- Basic hand tools and small power tools
