Outdoor Lifestyles INC is a full-service landscape design, construction, and maintenance company based in Arvada, CO, proudly serving residential and commercial clients across the Denver Metro area and nearby mountain communities since 1988. Our integrated team manages every part of the process, including landscape design, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, water features, irrigation, and year-round maintenance, including snow removal. We are recognized members of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado (ALCC). With certified landscape technicians and a focus on Sustainable Landscape Management, we prioritize respecting Colorado’s unique climate and resources.

We’re looking for a Lead Landscape Construction Foreman to take ownership of projects and lead a crew in building high-quality outdoor environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can run a jobsite, and wants to be part of a team that values quality over shortcuts.

• Lead and manage a crew of 3–6 on residential and commercial projects
• Execute landscape designs including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, water features, and plantings
• Read and interpret plans, ensuring accurate layout and installation
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Communicate with project managers, designers, and clients
• Train and mentor crew members
• Uphold our standard: artistry, craftsmanship, and integrity

• 5 years of landscape construction experience (2 in a leadership role)
• Strong knowledge of hardscapes, grading, drainage, and irrigation
• Ability to read and execute landscape plans
• Experience operating equipment (skid steer, mini-ex, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work
