we are an outdoor-based enrichment program dedicated to inspiring curiosity, creativity, and a love for nature in children ages 1.5-8. Through hands-on experiences, sensory play, and nature exploration, we foster physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in a joyful, nurturing outdoor setting.

Position Summary
As a Certified Teacher with us, you will lead and support engaging, developmentally appropriate outdoor classes, camps, and enrichment experiences. You will create a safe, inclusive environment where children can learn through movement, exploration, creativity, and collaboration in the natural world.
Monday : 9-5pm
Wednesday. 9-5pm
Thursday 9-5pm
Friday: 9-5pm
Saturday 9-5pm
Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate outdoor learning experiences aligned with developmental milestones and educational best practices
- Lead nature-based activities such as storytelling, art, science exploration, movement games, and mindfulness
- Promote social-emotional development, teamwork, and problem-solving through group play and hands-on learning
- Collaborate with co-teachers and assistants to maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
- Communicate effectively and professionally with families and team members
- Observe and document children’s growth and experiences to support individualized learning and inform program development
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, emergency protocols, and health guidelines in an outdoor environment
- Help maintain the physical environment and materials used in classes
Qualifications
- Current teaching certification (Early Childhood, Elementary, or related area required)
- Experience teaching or leading young children, ideally in an outdoor or alternative learning setting
- Passion for nature, creativity, and play-based learning
- Strong classroom management and child development knowledge
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain
- Enthusiastic, flexible, dependable, and child-centered approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
