Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor – Key Accounts
Report To: Vice President
Job Site: Overland Park, KS – Onsite Position (Not a Remote Role)
Job Details: Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
Job Overview:
Step into a leadership role as a Customer Service Supervisor, where your dedication to creating a team atmosphere and maintaining a positive work environment will be instrumental in the success of our customer service team. In this pivotal position, you will guide and support a group of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service while promoting a collaborative and positive atmosphere. As a supervisor in our customer-centric environment, you will manage the Key Accounts Team to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and inspire a team of Customer Service Representatives, promoting a culture of teamwork, positivity, and customer centric attitudes.
· Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members, ensuring they are equipped to manage customer inquiries effectively.
· Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing your team’s work schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing improvement strategies.
· Foster open communication within the team and encourage the sharing of ideas for continuous improvement.
· Address escalated customer issues with professionalism and find effective resolutions in collaboration with the team.
· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience, especially with the sales team to make sure all customers are taken care of in a quick and friendly manner.
· Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, recognize achievements, and address challenges collaboratively.
.Establish appropriate action plans to enhance and improve under-performing representatives.
· Responsible for reviewing and making sure all open orders for the Customer Service – Key Accounts Team are taken care of in a timely and accurate manner.
· Assist at other departments as needed during busy seasons.
· As workload demands, working over 40 hours a week as needed.
· All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Knowledge of SAP
· Working knowledge of computers to successfully use Company ERP, Microsoft Windows and
· Office Proficient with data entry
· Customer centric mindset
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Previous customer service experience preferred.
· A desire to learn and grow within our organization.
· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
· Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
· Adaptability to embrace change and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
