Job Description

Job Title: Forklift Operator/Equipment Operator

Reports To: Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: On-Site in Grandview, MO

Job Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm

Job Overview:

Employee is in a production environment and responsible for the fulfillment of orders, pulling restock, stocking, and unloading freight, while providing a high level of accuracy and quality in a multifunctional environment, meeting departments guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately select and move full case product for replenishment purposes.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Move inbound freight to overstock locations.
• Accurately stock full case product in forward pick locations
• Navigation and use of RF equipment
• Unload containers – break down freight.
• Meet department production standards.
• Operate equipment safely following all guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse experience – minimum 2 years
• Prior Experience – Cherry Picker – minimum 2 years
• Prior experience – Deep Reach, Order Picker, Electric Pallet Jack – minimum 2 years
• RF Scanner order selection experience – minimum 2 years
• High level for attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a TEAM environment.
• Ability to train and learn all department functions.
• Physical ability and stamina for repetitive standing, walking, bending, pulling, stacking, pushing, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly through the day.
• Stamina to be able to work in environments where temperatures vary with the seasons.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
