Job Title: Brand Ambassador – Key Holder

Reports To: Charlie Hustle Retail Store Manager

Job Type: Part-time (20-29 hours a week)

Job Location: Kansas City, Missouri – The Plaza

Key Holder

Our store offers a comfortable shopping experience, with staff dedicated to helping customers find the perfect new item to represent their favorite team, hometown, or local restaurant. We want to connect with each customer and offer enthusiasm from entry to exit.

The Key Holder should be fashion-forward, with a passion for incorporating tee’s into a trendy look all while performing basic operational and transactional functions. This is a PART TIME position.

Responsibilities include assisting the management team in:

• Delegating tasks to team and providing follow-up
• Ensuring product quality, maintenance, and security standards are met
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with customers
• Be able to speak to the history, core values, and mission of Charlie Hustle
• Store Operations and Organization: Ability to organize and lift merchandise, prioritize assignments and - meet deadlines
• Assist in sales at both the retail location (located on the Plaza) and the warehouse hub (located in the Crossroads)
• Communication: Communicates effectively with Customers, Members of Management, Store Associates and HQ
• Flexibility: Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business (part-time maximum 28 hours per week)
• Assists in the completion of daily projects while keeping the focus on the customer experience
• Contributes to the team by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
• Provide the best customer service on the Plaza
• Evoke happiness for our customers

Qualifications

• Must be customer focused, have high energy, and have an outgoing personality
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Available to work three or more weekends a month
• An understanding of Kansas City’s culture, history, and sports teams is a plus but not required
• Retail and management experience a plus.
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a working in a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused environment
• Ability to lift 30lbs
• Creatively show fashion-forward personal style with a t-shirts focus
• 20-29 hours of availability per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week
