What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn and Landscape Crew position at Outdoor Concepts, Inc?
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Installations of trees, shrubs, and planting beds
- Installations of paver patios, outdoor fire places/pits, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor living spaces
- Building rock and block walls
- Installation of stone and mulch
- Driving trucks and trailers
- Product pick-up and delivery
- Jobsite cleanup
- Trimming and mulching of shrub beds
- Shrub trimming and clean up
- Weed and bug control
- Snow plowing in the winter
- Misc. winter projects (building construction, equipment repair/ detail, etc.)
Skills needed:
Valid Drivers License (Required with clean record)
Running equipment (skid loader, mini excavator, dingo, compactor, hedge cutter, chainsaw)
Self motivated
Love for the outdoors
Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, bend for extended period of time
Ability to work in all Indiana weather conditions
Desire to work with hands
Works well with others/ team player
Be on time to work with a good attitude
Ability to lift 80lbs or more

Hourly wage is based on level of experience.
