What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Member position at Outdoor Concepts, Inc?
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Installations of trees, shrubs, and planting beds
Shrub trimming and clean up
Installations of paver patios, outdoor fire places/pits, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor living spaces
Installation of stone and mulch
Trimming and mulching of shrub beds
Building rock and block walls
Planting trees and shrubs
Spraying weed and bug control
Snow plowing/shoveling/salting in the winter
Skills needed:
Self motivated
Love the outdoors
Desire to work with hands
Works well with others
Wants to be a part of a work team
Ability to work in all Indiana weather
