Overview
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Informatica MDM, PySpark, Pharma Commercial Data, and stakeholder management. This role requires a proactive professional who can bridge business and technical teams while delivering scalable MDM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end Informatica MDM solution delivery, including configuration, design, data
modeling, match/merge rules, and workflow setup.
● Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate functional needs into
technical specifications, and deliver high-quality MDM features.
● Analyze, process, and transform large datasets using PySpark within distributed data
environments.
● Work with Pharma Commercial Data (HCP, HCO, affiliations, roster data, affiliations, claims,
sales, call activity, etc.).
● Drive data validation, data quality assessment, golden record creation, and hierarchy
management.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, data engineering, analytics, governance) to
ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
● Support production issues, enhancements, and MDM operational workflows.
● Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and updates across business and technical
groups.
Required Skills & Experience
● 8 years with Informatica MDM (Hub, IDD, SIF/REST)
● Strong hands-on PySpark knowledge for large-scale data processing
● Proven experience with Pharma Commercial Data (HCP/HCO, Sales, Claims, Roster, etc.)
● Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and cross-team
coordination
● Strong understanding of data models, match/merge, survivorship rules, data quality, and MDM
governance
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skill
