Part Time DSP Daytime Hours

This would be a great opportunity for a student, stay at home mom while the children are in school etc. GET PAID TO HAVE FUN! Just 15 hours a week! If you are interested in more hours there is potential availability to work with other clients.

Outcomes, Inc. is a non-profit agency with employment opportunities currently available in Stillwater and North St Paul area. We are looking for caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals to work with developmentally disabled individuals in their homes helping them learn increased independence and getting them out into the community.

You would work direct care with your client....

LS - 10:00am to 2:00pm Monday's and Friday's. (Lives near Stillwater)

ND - 10:00am to 1:00pm Tuesday's and Thursday's (Lives in N. St. Paul)

Activities include:

• Going swimming (Must be willing to get in pool with him)
• Going for walks
• Helping him pack a healthy lunch,
• Going bowling
• Going to movies
• Taking him to food shelf
• Library
• And other fun activities - Museums etc.

We are currently seeking:

**Monday-Friday:** No weekends!! We pay mileage in addition to your hourly wage!

If you desire more hours, we could potentially add some hours elsewhere - it could be discussed.

**Pay**

$18-$20 per hour

**Requirements**

Be at least 18 years of age

Have High School Diploma or equivalent

Prefer 1 year working with developmentally disabled.

Be able to fluently speak, read and write the English language (our clients have language barriers so this is important)

Have a **valid MN Driver's License**, reliable transportation to and from work, and proof of insurance

Be able to pass a DHS Background Study

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
