REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years serving experience (Sushi experience preferred)
- Weekend availability required (Open availability strongly preferred)
- Strong food & beverage knowledge (sushi, sake, wine is a plus)
- Ability to stay sharp and composed when it’s slammed
- Team mindset — tip share only works if everyone pulls their weight
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Guide guests through rolls, specials, and signature items
- Confidently recommend sake, wine, and beer selections
- Deliver smooth, attentive service during busy dinner rushes
- Support teammates and maintain a strong flow on the floor
- Help create an experience guests remember — not just a meal
