Duties:
- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri using fresh ingredients - Ensure the quality and presentation of each sushi dish meets our standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station - Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times - Stay updated on current industry trends and techniques related to sushi preparation
Qualifications:
