This role supports safe community access while promoting health, safety, dignity, and behavioral stability.Compensation: $250 per day (includes overtime)Primary Responsibilities: Provide continuous 1:1 supervision during transport and community activities Implement behavior support strategies and approved de-escalation techniques Support the individual in a manner that promotes dignity, respect, and independence Safely transport the individual between San Jose and Monterey Accurately document incidents, behaviors, and observations in accordance with program requirementsMinimum Qualifications: Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with significant behavioral or mental health support needs Background in behavioral health, psychiatric services, ABA, or related human services field preferred CPI / Crisis Prevention certification strongly preferred Valid drivers license with clean driving record Ability to pass background clearance as required by Regional Center vendorsSchedule details discussed during interview.This position requires professional judgment, consistency, and strong boundaries.Experienced applicants only.
