Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to relieve pain and improve mobility
Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Skills:
Proficiency in geriatrics, orthopedics, acute care, and trigger point therapy
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and hospital medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
