We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of individual products within our portfolio. This role is focused on product-level strategy, customer-centric innovation, and cross-functional execution—not on managing entire product lines.

A Successful Candidate Must Be Able To
- Define and execute product strategy for specific energy solutions, from concept through launch.
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop product requirements and go-to-market plans.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- All other duties assigned.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with renewable energy systems or power electronics.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in energy markets.
- 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in renewable/solar preferred. Will consider electronics or industrial technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field is preferred; MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus.
- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting, computer work and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
