What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Outback Physical Therapy?

Outback Physical Therapy is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented customer service professional to help run the front desk of this busy physical therapy practice.
Together with the Patient Care team, the successful applicant will:
- Run front office operations
- Schedule patient appointments
- Maintain patient information
- Other patient service-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and eager to learn
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity/knowledge of HIPAA and electronic medical records is a plus.
- Office/ front desk experience in a medical setting not required but is a plus
Hours: Mon - Friday 8-4
Training will be provided
Salary: Starting at $20/ hour based on level of experience.!
