What are the responsibilities and job description for the Basketball Skill Development Trainer (1 year basketball coaching required) position at Out Work Everyone Basketball Training, LLC?
We are seeking energetic , passionate and knowledgeable skill developers. This position is to help instruct and develop our youth athletes. We teach basketball skills to all athletes in grades K-12. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both learning and teaching basketball. With a true desire to help develop athletes on and off the court. You will be provided with a curriculum for each month that shows which skills we will be working on. Skill developers will be asked to be detailed and vocal. If a drill needs to be adjusted on the fly one must be able to do so. This is a professional environment and you will be required to treat as such especially when dealing with athletes and their parents. This job is 15-20 hours a week, 4:00pm-8:00pm Monday-Thursday, Saturday 10:00am-1:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm.

-Design Camps, Clinics and Programs to continue the development of the program
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
