Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Clinician role located in Edinburg, TX. The Clinician will provide client-centered therapeutic services, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, offering counseling sessions, and monitoring client progress. Our Psyche, Inc. is a multidisciplinary outpatient behavioral health clinic providing integrated psychiatric and psychological care, including psychotherapy, diagnostic services, and collaboration with psychiatry, rTMS, and Spravato programs.
We are currently seeking a full-time clinician to join our growing team and serve as a primary treating provider within our integrated care model. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-acuity outpatient setting where psychological care plays a central role in treatment planning and outcomes.

🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Conduct diagnostic intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
- Treat a wide range of conditions, including:
• Mood and anxiety disorders
• Trauma and stress-related conditions
• Personality and relational patterns
• Neurodevelopmental and adjustment conditions
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and medical providers
- Participate in multidisciplinary case consultations
- Maintain accurate documentation (TherapyAppointment EHR)
- Support care coordination for services such as Spravato and rTMS

- LPC (Required)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work with complex outpatient populations
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Familiarity with HIPAA and Texas practice standards
- Experience with EHR systems (preferred)
