Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
- Handle cash and ensure proper cash management practices are followed.
- Provide enhanced customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers
- Basic math and retail math abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
- skills are a plus
- Supervisory experience is advantageous
Experience:
- cashier: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- New Car Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
