We are looking for a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and assisting customers with their purchases. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working with computers and have an understanding of basic accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
