Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Utilize computerized systems to manage customer records and document interactions effectively.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Conduct outbound calling/texting/emailing to follow-up on customer alerts/inquiries or promote services as needed.
- Assist in maintaining an organized office environment to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related field is strongly preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry, analysis, and accurate record keeping.
- Customer service experience required; sales skills or outbound calling experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
