RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage mobile service/ service appointments for customers in an efficient and timely manner
Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery services for customers as needed
Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment status, updates, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of appointments, notes, and customer requests
Work closely with service advisors, sales, and management teams to ensure smooth workflow
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Confirm appointments, reschedule when necessary, and reduce no-shows through proactive communication
Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic computer and phone system proficiency
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
