Project Scheduler

Overview:

Signalink is looking to hire a Project Scheduler that will work with a diverse team comprised of engineering, logistics, and airframe/system subject matter experts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project plans and schedules; conduct risk analyses; identify and resolve critical path issues and network logic conflicts.
• Apply project management tools and methodologies—including Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, milestone tracking, and earned value management—to assess progress, identify variances, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Participate in—and, when required, lead—schedule status reviews and coordination meetings.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, customers, and vendors to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.
• Prepare, compile, and contribute to project status reports and related documentation.
• Maintain awareness of ongoing project activities to support, facilitate, and document meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering and program management to align activities across multiple projects and ensure all phases are properly documented.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant scheduling or project management experience in a government or defense contractor environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

• Experience supporting Army aviation programs or platforms
