Position: Preschool Teacher
What You’ll Do:
- Create a nurturing, relationship-centered classroom environment
- Support children’s learning through play-based experiences
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and social connection
- Build meaningful partnerships with families and colleagues
- Guide children’s emotional growth with care and respect
What We’re Looking For:
- A deep appreciation for connection-based, play-centered learning
- Experience in early childhood education (preferred)
- A calm, patient, and joyful presence with children
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic classroom environment
- A strong team player who collaborates well with others
- Strong communication skills
- Required certifications/degrees (per state guidelines)
