Assistant Teacher - Early Childhood

We are looking for patient, nurturing staff members who are willing to learn about the Montessori philosophy and guide children 18 months to 6 years of age on their journey to independence.

The Assistant Teacher is a valuable member of a team and is responsible for supporting the Head Teacher in maintaining a nurturing and peaceful educational environment. We are seeking a full-time assistant teacher (9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) to join our talented staff. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and experience with and a love for working with young children. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and is a team player who is excited to grow professionally and collaborate with others to further the school's mission of service to the child.

Compensation and benefits package will vary according to education and experience. Base pay of $17.00 per hour applies to those candidates without a Bachelor's Degree. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
