This is a temporary 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for solar leaders between projects who can step in quickly and support jobsite execution during a defined project window.

What You’ll Be Doing

• As an independent contractor, you may be engaged to:
• Support and coordinate solar installation crews on-site
• Help maintain jobsite efficiency and installation flow
• Ensure work aligns with project and safety standards
• Act as a coordination point during installations
  
  

This Opportunity Is a Good Fit If You

• Are available during December 26–31 (can start sooner if possible)
• Have prior experience as a solar foreman or crew lead
• Have a strong understanding of residential solar installation processes
• Can lead crews while operating independently
• Have your own tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Can operate as a 1099 contractor and complete a W9/service agreement
