What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Technician / Mechanic position at Our Venture Inc.?
Looking for a B -- C level technician to perform Brake repairs, Tune Ups, Front end repair and Diagnostic repairs on all types of vehicles in a fast paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Must have a positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Must be able demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy
- Must have a competitive nature to meet goals & objectives and pursue personal achievements
- Must possess the desire and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate personal responsibility
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and go up and down stairs
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time with hands above the head
- Must be ASE A5 certified in brakes or willing to take the test after hire
- Company will supply all the necessary tools to perform the work
- Must posses a valid drivers license
- Professional Appearance and Customer Service Skills required
- Attendance is an essential function of employment and you must be timely and ready to work your scheduled shifts
- Room for advancement into a management position
