What are the responsibilities and job description for the 6am-2:30pm Resident Care Assistant EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIRED position at Our Town Tomah?
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of medical professionals
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team
- Document patient care activities in electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic
- Provide support and comfort to patients receiving hospice care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassion toward others
- Excellent communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
