Production Crew Member (Rigby) – Part-Time
Location: The Caramel Tree – Rigby, ID
Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays (more days needed during peak seasons)
Hours: 9 AM - 4 PM (flexible based on efficiency; most days wrap up by 2:30-3 PM with a focused team)

As we grow across multiple brands and channels, we’re building a stronger production team to support higher output and more consistent operations.
Job Overview:
As a Production Crew Member, you'll be an essential part of our Rigby team, assisting with the preparation, dipping, and finishing of our handcrafted caramel and chocolate confections. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a willingness to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of all of our high end caramel confections and partner brands.
- Handle dipping, drizzling, and decorating of products with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, following food safety guidelines.
- Package finished products for retail and online orders with accuracy and care.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Adapt to additional shifts or extended hours as needed during holiday seasons and peak demand periods.
