Schedule:
Flexible schedule and hours - Hours needed vary based on product demand. Shifts TYPICALLY are up to 4 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain our double-twist wrapping machine.
- Master machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Quickly adapt and problem-solve when operational issues arise to minimize downtime and ensure consistent, high-quality wrapping of caramels.
- Perform routine maintenance to keep the machine running efficiently.
- Uphold strict quality control standards.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability when facing technical challenges.
- Ability to lift and move heavy loads as required.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work environments.
Day-to-Day:
Scheduling will be determined on a week by week basis by the Caramel Crew Manager (flexible). You will be assisting in cooks/pours, cutting caramel slabs, and wrapping/bagging caramels. You will also be expected to keep your "stations" cleaned.
