About the Role:
Our People Entertainment (OPE) is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Operations Producer to serve as the architect of the "how". This is a full-time role for a leader who thrives where the plan meets the pavement. You won’t just manage tasks; you will drive the entire operational lifecycle for mission-driven clients, from pre-production through the final strike.
What You’ll Do
- Project Leadership: Manage concurrent experiential and event production projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational Mastery: Lead logistics, vendor relations, and personnel deployment (including union relations and staffing).
- Budget & Resource Stewardship: Develop and control project budgets using internal pricing structures and market data.
- Warehouse & Labor Oversight: Serve on internal committees for warehouse development and labor management.
- Client & Team Culture: Maintain high-level client communications and foster a culture of team wellness and excellence.
Who You Are
- You have 5 years of live event experience leading production ops (festivals, concerts, activations, etc).
- You are a master of logistics, scheduling, and budget management.
- You can translate a "wild" creative concept into an executable plan.
- You value Transformation, Exploration, Unity, and Legacy.
- You are local to Philadelphia, able to work in-office as needed, and able to work weekends/after-hours as project schedules require.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
- Benefits: Healthcare, Unlimited PTO (after 6 months), and ongoing professional development workshops.
