ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies areas of risk and work quickly to prototype and mitigate these
- Engages with component suppliers to specify and acquire quotes
- Performs 3D design and GD&T drawings of complex parts and assemblies
- Optimizes designs via analytical, numerical, and/or empirical assessments
- Integrates seamlessly with both the vehicle and advanced cell architectures
- Performs self-guided R&D around novel pack structures and mechanical design Performs any additional duties as assigned
