Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage all guests and patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Verify and scan guest identification using the facility's security system.
- Appropriately identify patients and confirm visit authorization.
- Follow established workflows for confidential and restricted patients.
- Provide accurate directions and information to help guests and patients reach their destinations.
- Maintain composure and professionalism when interacting with individuals in sensitive or emotionally charged situations.
- Adhere to strict safety and security protocols to protect guests, patients, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and EMTALA regulations at all times.
- Weekdays alternate weekly (Monday-Friday), 5am-5pm, will have some weekdays off that will rotate)
- Every other weekend rotation, 8am-8pm. (Saturday & Sunday)
- Must be reliable
- High School or equivalent.
- Good communication/verbal skills, ability to multitask, basic computer skills.
