Evening Lead CMT (Certified Medication Technician)
Pay: $21-$23 per hour
Shift: Full-Time | Evening Shift 2 pm to 10:30 pm

Looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to serve as our Evening Lead, supporting both resident care and team coordination during evening hours.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is dependable, organized, and ready to step into a leadership role in assisted living / senior living.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support evening shift care staff to ensure excellent resident care
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and company policies
- Assist with shift coordination, assignments, and coverage needs
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates to nursing leadership
- Support documentation accuracy and compliance
- Step in as needed to assist with direct resident care
What We’re Looking For
- Active CMT certification (required)
- Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care
- Leadership or charge experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
