Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to preschool and school-age children.
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
- Engage children in meaningful activities that support childhood development milestones and early intervention strategies.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, transitions, and maintaining organized learning spaces.
- Foster effective communication with children to support their social-emotional growth and facilitate positive interactions among peers.

Skills
- Must have 60 college credits with at least 6 in early childhood.
- Strong background in early childhood education with experience working with preschool and school-age students in daycare or private school settings.
- Proficient in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education techniques.
- Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment while implementing behavior management strategies.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention practices, and child welfare standards.
- Effective communication skills to connect with children, parents, and team members clearly and empathetically.
