We are seeking an experienced ADP payroll processor to support payroll for 600 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP for 600 employees
- Enter and maintain employee data, including:
- New hire paperwork
- Terminations
- Pay rate changes and adjustments
- Review and process retroactive pay adjustments
- Complete employment verifications in a timely manner
- Review and process wage garnishments
- Process unemployment paperwork and respond to unemployment claims
- Assist in preparing and shipping paper paychecks
- Prepare payroll summaries and related reports as needed
- Work with Wisely pay cards for setup, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Perform other payroll-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in an accounting and ADP payroll processing role
- Strong understanding of payroll practices, regulations, and compliance
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and at least 5 years of ADP payroll experience will be considered
