Duties

- Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision to build a dedicated support network
- Coordinate client services by providing information, resources, and support tailored to individual needs
- Lead public speaking engagements at community events, workshops, and informational sessions to promote our mission
- Oversee program development efforts to enhance existing services and introduce new initiatives aligned with community needs
- Collect and analyze data related to program participation, outreach effectiveness, and client feedback for continuous improvement
- Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns to boost visibility and foster online community interactions
- Collaborate with stakeholders including local organizations, health professionals, and government agencies to strengthen partnerships
- Support fundraising activities through donor engagement, event planning, and grant writing assistance
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to volunteer hours, client interactions, and program metrics
Skills
- Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams effectively
- Strong public speaking abilities with confidence in engaging diverse audiences
- Expertise in program development, project management, and strategic planning
- Skilled in marketing strategies including social media management and content creation
- Competent in data collection methods, analysis tools, and reporting techniques
- Knowledge of addiction counseling, public health principles, or social work practices is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
- Experience in fundraising activities such as donor outreach or event organization is a plus
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation
- Ability to recruit new volunteers or staff members through effective outreach strategies
- Teaching experience or the ability to educate diverse audiences on relevant topics is advantageous
