We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional hospitality
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle customer feedback promptly and professionally
Collaborate closely with culinary and management teams to coordinate seamless service
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and enhance profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce
Manage scheduling and labor costs while maintaining adequate staffing levels
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the guest experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within upscale or luxury dining environments
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and inventory control
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward a common goal
Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
