We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

• Lead, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional hospitality

• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant

• Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle customer feedback promptly and professionally

• Collaborate closely with culinary and management teams to coordinate seamless service

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and enhance profitability

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce

• Manage scheduling and labor costs while maintaining adequate staffing levels

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the guest experience and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within upscale or luxury dining environments

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and inventory control

• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward a common goal

• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
