Join the exclusive Harbour Club Miami team as a Captain Assistant/Server, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities:

• Serve members and guests warmly, addressing them by name when possible

• Support Captains with tasks such as refilling water & wine, running drinks, clearing & marking tables and preparing & serving hot beverages

• Assist with special requests and accommodate member and guest needs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service areas, bar, and kitchen 

• Reset tables quickly and efficiently, keeping our dining rooms looking immaculate

• Assist in preparing for special events and private functions as needed

• Uphold Harbour Club's standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.

Qualifications:

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding hospitality experiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with attention to detail

• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, traverse stairs and lift/carry heavy items on occasion
