Part-Time Retail & Kitchen Associate

Do you love good food, enjoy working with people, and like staying busy? We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join us at Our Greek Market in Easton.

This is a varied position that combines customer service in our Greek specialty shop with hands-on production in our commercial kitchen.

Retail Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Operate the register and process customer purchases
• Answer questions about our Greek products
• Restock and organize merchandise
• Help keep the shop clean, organized, and inviting

Kitchen & Production Responsibilities

• Bottle and label our olive oil
• Package house made spreads, Greek yogurt, and olives
• Follow recipes and prepare our house made spreads
• Assist with food prep and production
• Prepare products and supplies for our farmers markets
• Maintain a clean and organized commercial kitchen

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and dependable
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Able to follow recipes and instructions carefully
• Comfortable with food preparation and working on your feet
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Previous retail, food service, or kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

Current Schedule

Part-time:
Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

There is potential to expand the position to additional weekdays as our needs grow.
